Man Gets Electric Shock While Trying to Feed Horse

This person was standing outside a fence, trying to feed some grass to the horse inside. They initially tried to call the horse closer but when the horse didn't respond, they took some more fresh grass from the ground. However, the man was unaware that the fence's top wire was an electric wire. So, when the horse was almost in front of him, he lowered his hand, hitting the wire and got an electric jolt. He and the horse were both startled by the shock, with the horse running away while he turned to his friend in horror.
